IPX 500 goes into "Stand Alone Mode" on all phones. System shows power fail, system reboots and comes back up on its own. Lasts about 7 - 10 days and does it again.
Have replaced Power supply, cleaned grill below power supply fan. Installed new UPS. Software V15.68.20. Not supported.
Any other ideas?

Couple things. Check your grounding. I have seen this on static charges and when the software card is failing.
