Stueeey Member Joined: Jun 2014 Posts: 14 UK	I have an SL1100, with 4 trunks. lines 1 and 2 ring a virtual extension with a FWD on B/NA to an external number. If the user has been talking on trunk 1 and wants to quickly answer trunk 2 they'd like to just press the line key for it. However, when pressed they get an error tone. I'm thinking there must be a class of service setting to allow the user to answer the trunk, but i have no idea what it is. A little help would be awesome. Thanks

brokeda Member Joined: May 2003 Posts: 2,924 mesquite tx	Are lines DIL to Virtual Ext? If so, I don't think you could answer them on a line key. Lines should ring a Group, then overflow to Virtual ext, I believe. Or put VE on all phones that want to answer it. Last edited by brokeda; 01/27/15 04:10 PM.

Stueeey Member Joined: Jun 2014 Posts: 14 UK	I did as brokeda suggested and just put a VE key on the phones. I'd thought of a CAP key but appearently you can't get one on an SL1100. Thanks for your help guys =)
