Hello I have a Strata DK40 that had an external 3rd party voice mail running off of analog ports on the main cabinet. Im replacing it with A Stratagy IVP8 that will go in the expansion cabinet.
I think im all good with the set up other than when I leave a message and the MSG hard key on the phone lights up it still tries to dial the old voice mail port and i cant get it to ring the new ports assigned to hunt group 900.
Probably something simple but just cant find it. Any help would be much appreciated.

Did you clear out the old message lights for messages left on the old system?

Yes I did I even tried #409 Left a new message, light comes on but still dials the wrong port. Is there a place in programming to tell it what the hard key DN is? If i recall in the CTX there is a place to do this.

Remove the old ports from prog 31 and put new ports in there. Assign new port in prog 13. Dial 850 to make sure new vm ports work.
