Hi guys,
I've set up Gamms SIP trunks using networking mode on an SV8100. When I try and dial out on them I get an error tone when selecting the trunk, when I dial in i get a busy tone.
I've set up the SV8100 according to the compatablilty report. on the router (draytek 2820) i've switch off the SIP ALG and have ports 5060 UDP and 6000 - 40000 UDP forwarded to the IPLB.
When running a wireshark trace calling in i get "486 - Busy Here"
Has anyone got any ideas as to whats happening?
Thanks
Stu

Stu, I apologize for asking the wrong question. Since you are unable to dial out or receive calls you need to start from the beginning. Make sure the system is licensed for SIP and double check all settings including the information given to you from the SIP provider.
