Howdy,
The Samsung SDM Smartphone application for the SMTi-5343 phone is pretty dang cool. It really needs a dial and hang up button...
But,
A) MOVE function doesn't work. I do have a MOVE feature code programmed in numbering plan. How should it operate and how does one set it up?
B) OUTBOUND DIALING LONG DISTANCE - When I look though my Call Log and press to dial from the desk phone, the call fails. It seems to just be 10 digits. To call out I need to dial a 1+. There doesn't seem to be any settings to add the 1. I am in an area that has 7 and 10 digital local dialing and a convoluted route table anyway. Any thoughts on that?
C) NFC MOVE - When my RSM was telling me about the new phone, I was understanding that if I had a call on my cell phone, I could walk in the office and tap my desk phone's NFC pad and it would transfer the call. I don't see that any where and it does seem to work.
I have a user guide for the 5343 but there really is no info in there. Also, on the SDM app there are admin settings but what is the admin password?

I found the admin password for SDM. Not too hard to figure out.

Move is only if you also have we-voip running. Dialing from the log or contacts loaded from cell phone does not work. I'll PM you more.

Do you still know the admin password?
I try to access the Samsung Deskphone Manager, not the app but that HTTPs webpage on the phone itself. I guess both share the same password. The ‘SMT-i5343 and SDM Guide’ mentions a password in the screenshot on page 100. However, that does not work with my SMT-i6010 with SCME firmware 1.62. I figured out the password for the user account and that works great. Also the Engineering Menu on the phone works. Actually, the whole phone works more than as expected. However, I need the admin account and that webpage to add certificate authorities for SIP over TLS, I guess. Anyone?
