Hi I have a 7070 with sip trunks, and fax machine on analog ext, sending faxes works fine but having trouble with receiving faxes(receives about 1/10), running V4.82, sip provider supports T.38 faxing, any suggestions on what can be checked?

Good luck.
Fax over IP is not reliable.
You can try using g.711 as well as t.38.
also maybe try slowing the speed of the fax machine down to 9600 (ie not high speed fax)

I generally avoid it like the plague.
