What is the best way to forward a PRI DID# to an off-site number? The only way I know to do it is to have the DID# terminate at a DN that is forwarded to a personal spd dial bin containing 9 + destination_number. I would rather have the DID# terminate to a system spd dial bin (eg. S1:900) that would contain 9 + destination_number, but that doesn't work. If I am stuck with it does the DN have to be a working set or can it be on a phantom ELD or SLD? Thanks for any help.
