Hi, need help on why the call is going to the main greeting after it rings stn202 instead of going to stn202's vmail?
I created stn hunt 5005 and it overflows to stn202 no problem. But after several rings on stn202 it goes to the main greeting instead of going to the stn202 local vmail.
System is an MP5000 with COB.
Thanks and regards, sonny

Are you using VMID in Trans.XXX? If so take it out.

Hi RBF, I will check it next time I'm on-site. Is that something that I can remove on a per line basis?...because Lines 1 to 5 still requires that as it has 800 on its Voicemail Line ID field.
Kindly advise.
Thanks and regards, sonny

No DIDs on a PRI? Loop start lines? You're probably going to have to make a trans.XXX entry to fix the mailbox issue.

I might be on-site tomorrow. oh, they only have loop start lines. Does that mean I am not just editing the trans.txt but instead making or creating another trans.xxx entry?
Thanks.
