I would like some suggestions of what you guys are using for ACD monitoring & ACD reports and also for CDR reporting.

I need to replace the KX-NCV200 that we installed 8 or 9 years ago (that we have limped along with, miserably at times) with something new. Also have another customer wanting CDR.

I am currently trying one that is being recommended because they are a Panasonic partner. It looks pretty and the manual has a few more pages than what the NCV-200 had but it sill seems rather cumbersome in places and the manual has some big holes in it.

I'm trying to find something that will provide nice reports, that isn't horrible to set up and maintain.
