We have been playing around using the Umobility app and the SV8100. We have it setup to ring the DT300 phone and the smartphones using the app. Everything works great but going to UM8000 voice mail when the person with the smartphone goes out of cell range and no wi-fi or he turns his phone off. What happens is the call rings continually on the DT300 and never goes to voice mail. If the phone is on and he is in cell range the DT300 and cell rings 5 times if he does not answer it goes to his voice mail. It works perfectly over the cell network as well as on wi-fi only. Has anyone seen this trouble?

When it does ring 5 times and goes to voice mail is it going to the UM8000 or the cell phone carriers voice mail?

After the 5 rings it goes to the UM8000 voice mail for the DT300. We played around alittle more to see if it was a cell issue or if it is in the SV8100. We replaced the Umobility side of it to another DT300 set and tested it and it worked correctly. So we unplugged the 2nd DT300 set and did test calls, we found that it would ring continuously and would not go to the UM8000. The common thing on both of the things we tried was if the 2nd phone be it the DT300 or the Umobility app was unplugged or not available the calls would not go to the UM8000. To us it is like the SV8100 did not know what to do with the call as it could not get to the 2nd unit that has the call F/BNA to the UM8000.
