I have amall IP Office with VM pro.Calls come in to an auto attendant and when the caller hits "O" calls go to the attendant. That part works fine.
What happens then is if no answers at the attendant after 20 seconds, calls go to department "A".
Then very quickly back to the attendant (3 or 4 seconds).
What the want is after the call goes to the attendant, they want it to go to department "A" for 10 seconds, the department "B".
I have messed around with fall back and wrap up timing and can't see any changes at all in the way it works. What's going on? Thanks

0-out to a Collective CW group. The attendant is the only member of the group. Set the No Answer time to 10 seconds, and the overflow time to 10 seconds. Make a 2nd group with the Department A extensions, and make that the first overflow group of the 0-out group. Make a 3rd group, put in the department B extensions, and make that the 2nd overflow group back in the 0-out group.

What do you want to happen after the attendant, the A group, and the B group doesn't answer? Set your VM Coverage for the 0-out group to 30 seconds, and it will cover to a mailbox, or you can make a leave action start point and send to another module in VM.

Worked like a charm. Most of it was already set up.
It's one of those deals I either need to spend more time in that switch or just leave it alone altogether.
Because I don't do anything there for a long periods of time, I have to re-learn what to do each time I get into it.
I sure appreciate your help Tommy.
