Hi,
DID lines are connected to mitel Mxe 3300 controller.
eg:-extension number 500
DID number is 24523500
if the DID number 24523500 is busy with a DID incoming call ,still somebody can dial the same DID number 24523500 and it will start ring to the extension. How can i prevent the second incoming call to the same DID number.

If you have multi-call appearances on ext.500, it will not be busy, until all appearances are in use.
