Hey could I get those instructions also? We just upgraded our phone system and I have to install on 75+ computers and don't want to get this error everytime, or at least I'll know how to fix it when the time comes.

Unified Communicator 2.1 is not compatible w/ IE7, that is true. The newest ver. of UC is compatible though.
As far as whether the Microsoft solution will integrate w/ the fone system, the answer is no. Inter-Tel has not made public any info that would indicate they are pursuing this at all.

why doesn't someone just post the fix in the forum rather than emailing it individually? Is that against the forum rules for some reason, and if so why?
