I installed a callpilot 100 about 3 months ago with access to two ports (4 channels) yesterday it was dead 1) changed power supply 2)tested N.S. ports with a phone worked fine 3) decided to try system with connection to one port only now works fine ,reconnect second port system dies has anyone ever had this problem ?

Have you powered down and reseated the compact flash card? I had that happen a long time ago. After I reseated the card both ports worked fine.
