Hello, I have installed the Office Serv Link V3 (Version 3.004 from 30.10.2009) on a Windows 7 64-Bit which is running on a virtual machine. The samsung TSP is connected to the office serv link. This is working until the PC makes a restart. After the restart the office serv link isn't running. In the configuration I marked "Auto Switch Connecting" and I marked "Run as System Service". But I can't find the Office Serv Service in the windows service. Has anybody an idea? I uninstalled the office serv link already and I installed it again after restart but there is no office serv service. Many thanks.

It's called Officeserv Link in the windows services.
You may need to "run as administrator".
The TSP won't auto reconnect to OS link, you have to either run the reconnect utility or restart the telephony service.

Thank you very much. We have an acount on the PC with administrator rights. We startet the office serv link as Administrator and now it's working. Thank you very much.
