Anyone else running into issues with backing up a CiX system to the internal SD card? The issue only seems to happen on Win 7 machines, not XP.
when running the backup we get a popup window. "Message from webpage" "Object reference not set to an instance of an object".
Only option is to click OK, but then it pops right back up.

Try disabling the windows firewall. I've had the same issue although I don't know if it was the same error that I was getting. Anyway disabling the windows firewall made it work correctly. Since that is kind of a pain to turn it on and off every time I want to do a back-up, I have gotten pretty good at doing back-ups via the phone button programming.

That happens to us all the time. Usually when first starting the program and logging in, takes 4 attempts (opening, selecting site, connecting, pulling up page, closing & reopening after each step) before the program works correctly. Then before we can back up, get the message referenced above, have to close program once again, reopen and backup will run. What a pain.
