Hello-

I am having issues with two sites. Both have CIX670's. At the one site, I have a phantom that I need to ring one phone, delay to another and then go back to the VM of the 1st phone. I can make this happen in my office (on a CIX40), but when I do it on the 670 it will ring the first phone, delay to the second phone and then never go to VM at all - it just rings constantly on the second phone. The owner is set as the first phone, VM ID is set to the first phone. I even had them turn on the phantom from the owner phone. What am I doing wrong?

Second scenario is I have 3 phones that have two phantoms programed on them. They are in a hunt group. I have no owner assigned because I need these phantoms (517 and 518) to ring all 3 phones (ext. 250, 227 and 287) at the same time. The VMID for both phantoms is set to the MB (628). In the VM (VM Application server) I have MB 628 lighting the lights for the three phones. All of this works fine EXCEPT when they press the MSG button. I takes them to the main menu not the security code prompt. What am I doing wrong?
