I inherited a OfficeServ 7200 from a company that went out of business. I did a reset on it through the dipswitch on the MCP card, but I cannot seem to find it on the network on 10.0.0.1 which I read in the manual is the default ip address. This system only had ip phones so I cannot access the MMCs through a keyset. Is 10.0.0.1 the correct address to look for or is there another way to reset the system to factory defaults.
Thanks in advance

It should be 165.213.176.10 or 165.213.176.100

Thanks it wasn't either of these I got out wireshark and it ended up being 165.213.109.156. When I tried to open up device manager from the IP it didn't load as well, but I downloaded the standalone device manager and was able to connect. It looks like I have an old SW version 10.05.03 V4.46d. Is this updateable to V4.75. Any resources for an end user to do this themselves

If the processor is an MP20 then you can, if it's an MCP then you're on the highest available.

DM was released with V4.60 software, so anything earlier won't have the embedded DM.

Sw upgrades are best performed by trained technicians.
