Hi All,
I have a new client with a KX-TDA 50 switch using KX-DT 343 phone sets. Time Warner is the provider. Client has only one CO with call waiting from TW.
When Client presses the FLASH key to answer a call in call waiting, the system disconnects the calls. Client advises that he can plug in a analog set directing into TW interface and call waiting works fine.
I am thinking that it is a Flash millisecond issue as in program number 417 in the PT manual. Does anyone have any experience with this issue and am I on the right track???
I am heading out to see him tomorrow morning.
Thanks in advance for any help!

I am not a Panasonic guy so I can't help with the specific programming but it does sound like you are on the right track.
If he can do it with an analog flash it is most likely just a matter of adjusting your flash duration timing.
