I have a system with 2 phones that upon pressing the speakerphone button the Call1 lights up but no sound comes out. If I pickup the handset Call1 lights and I hear dialtone. If I press the speaker button it turns the handset on and off and and the Call1 light turns on and off. I have switched phones already and the phones function on a different port. I think the user did something to the phone, but I cannot figure out what.

It's in headset mode. Press the call 1 button, dial 834, then speaker to hang up. Common problem
