Hello,
I am trying to setup remote access to a customer's CIX40. I have found a previous thread which contained some port numbers but I don't know if those are all of them or not. The thread seemed to indicate that they were but I have opened those ports on the customer's firewall and I still cannot access their CIX40 through their public IP.
Any ideas?
