Customer purchased this used from another business. I asked him, chances are if the configuration is still the same, I will need a password to access the command line. I told the client if the existing settings are to stay the same, the IVR, mail box passwords would need to be changed. This unit will be terminated to a multi line cross connect on the Bix Demark. If I get stuck in some setting change, I like to talk to you via phone if possible. The Toshiba will be install at 10 am Saturday April 9th.

The posted part number is to a telephone desk set, are you installing a telephone or are you installing a telephone complete system?
You'll also need to find out the model of the voicemail system which maybe a separate piece or a version that resides in the telephone system as a card slot device.
Look at the systems case/box for a model or part numbers to be better able to assist in installation.
Also if you are unfamiliar with Toshiba systems and the programming I highly suggest you find someone that is, they are not the easiest to program and understand.
Is the system purchased come with the necessary programming interface/software/PC and manuals?

A DKT3220C-SC is a phone that was made my Toshiba for the Canadian market. Some of the phones have been reprogrammed to work here. I got some of these and had a local Toshiba guru change them from incompatible Canadian phones to working in US phones.
