CIX100 on PRI
Trying to setup call forward external on an extension (DP5032C-SD)
Works fine without call forward, goes to voicemail (LUCA Strata)
#6011 hangs up on caller instantly
#6041 never answers, not even voicemail

Tried with system call forward enable and disabled, same behavior

Any ideas?

As a test can you try to use #6011 to forward to an internal extensions.

There are 2 things that I think could be the source of not being able to forward to an external number.
A) Tandem CO is not enabled in class of service (COS).
B) The Toshiba PBX is trying to send out the caller's Caller ID information out the PRI but your carrier is rejecting the call.

There is a fix for both of these, but it requires getting into the system programming.
