How do I default an Aspire Mail DMS to factory defaults? I have access to login I just want to wipe it clean and start fresh?

If you have access through the GUI, from the Main Menu, go to Install Options, proceed to Option, then Install System. Reinstalling it for your particular system will wipe out existing program.
