Just recently acquired a new customer who has an existing ESI 600. I have obtained a copy of the programming software but cannot verify the version to complete the connection set up. Is there an easy way to quiz the switch through the phones to tell me software level, version info,. etc.? Thank you for the help.

There's no need to know the software version before you connect. As long as you have the latest version of ESI System programmer, it will automatically determine the software version when you connect.

Is the system in a metal housing or plastic?
