Looking to send my sales people to a paid training course on salesmanship and closing sales for pbx equipment, especially Avaya. Not looking for a product training class, but a professional development course for seasoned sales people to help them get better at sales. Any recommendations?

Any Avaya distributer will offer sales training.

Scan source has several product classes. So does Jenne. But none offer, that I can find, a sales skills class.. a class on salesmanship geared toward selling IP Office or any phone for that matter. Again, not looking for the product feature and function or installation class, but more of a sales skills class for experienced sales people. Thanks.

I would say so... they keep their credentials up from Avaya Learning...

I googled professional sales training. Although not specific to our product or our industry, there appears to be some very good sales classes, webinars, and seminars for full time sales people.

If they aren't producing, maybe the economy has something to do with it. My system sales has slowed down quite a bit here, but the majority of my installs is cabling work. Good luck
