I'm at a loss trying to program a one touch button to an extension's VMail. I can transfer to VMail and dial 998 plus the ext #, but can't remember how with a one touch button. I tried using a button programmed as an unused DSS port with CF ALL set to VMail using the #656 code of 998 but it didn't work. What am I forgetting? Thanks in advance, BobRobert

If it is a CIX/IPedge why don't you program a one touch key with the data as CNF#670 (this is a transfer to voicemail code)

forgot to mention that you will need to enter the mailbox number and # after pressing the one touch key to transfer the call into the mailbox

Thanks for the reply Carlos, but this is for a DK 280/424. I'm wanting to hit the Xfer to VMail button and dial the mailbox #. Now when I hit the Xfer to VMail button, I have to dial 998 and then the mailbox #. I know it's possible but can't remember how. Thanks again
