Officeserv7400. I have a secretary that wants me to lengthen the ring time at her phone when she gets a call from another internal extension. this seems like an easy request, but I can't find how to increase ring time.

I'm guessing that the unanswered calls go to voice mail?
You can change the no answer call forward timer in 502
|

thank you a million times!! that was it.
I looked at that several times and didn't tie the no answer forward delay into the equation. I was not thinking with my phone brain, it is very small but growing.
