Is this something like twinning on a Mitel5000 system? How would you accomplish that in SBX320 version 4.0? I'm assuming this is best done with a PRI.
Is there an updated user guide for version 4.0 anywhere? I also came across another system features that could use more detail: "Personal Messages".
Thanks in advance for any help. It has been a while since I've been on here.

Yes, it is basically like twinning. It can only be done with PRI or SIP. I've never tried it on the SBX, but it does work on the larger IPECS based systems.
