Hey Guys,
Overall my Summit cut went great and now that I am getting use to it I would lead with it over SBX if given the chance.

The question today is I have a PRI-ISDN service from Comcast and I am leveraging flexible DID conversion. (PGM-231)
The issue is that inbound calls are showing members of the trunk group rather than displaying the caller ID information. (Trunk members 9-31)

Comcast should be sending me the caller ID information. My guess is that there should be a setting in PGM-151 or PGM-153 that I would need to adjust. (Nothing really stands out)
Customer only cares about the caller ID information we are not looking at caller ID routing.

Any ideas?

Thank again for your previous help as that contributed to my customers satisfaction and the product as a whole

In PGM 112 113, verify that the following are "On":

CLIP Display
COLP Display
CLIN Name Display

NFC,

Thanks... PGM-113 did the trick
Thank god for remote access!

Trying to understand why some of the basic features such as caller ID are not turned on by default. Is this because of the PRI? I also noticed Vertical provided a Tech Tip on analog.

Thanks again

Well, the good news is that you only have to do the basics once. Get the system how you like it, make a backup and then upload it to the new systems you sell.
