Customer has Merlin Mail 007MLM. It seems that when callers select an extension to transfer to, MM is either not seeing or stripping the first digit. If a caller chooses to be transferred to extension 14, MM responds with cannot transfer to extension 4. While testing I entered for example 114 and my call was transferred successfully to extension 14. Has anyone encountered this before or have a solution that I may have overlooked?

You might have selector code 1 set to prompted transfer instead of Direct Extension Transfer -
"If you know your party's extension number, press 1" Press 1 and "Please enter your party's extension number"
As opposed to "If you know your party's extension number, enter it now"
So you press 14 and it thinks you want extension 4, dial 114 and it thinks you want 14.

I made sure to check that selector code 1 was set to Direct Extension Transfer. Selector Code 2 is set for it also but it happens when entering extension numbers in the 20's also. I also reset voicemail at the module as well as toggled 1 from DXT to Selector Code Transfer and then back to DXT.

I'm assuming no one has a possible solution for this. I've pretty much researched this as much as I could with no suggested fix. I'd like to reset the module to factory defaults and see if this fixes the problem but I have Windows 7 which doesn't have hyperterminal. Does anyone have a workaround for resetting to defaults?
