I usually don't work with Toshiba systems and the last card I installed in was a 424 almost 10yrs ago. Can anyone refresh my memory in installing this a PDKU2 card into a UST 1040i?
I think it's program 03. There is a RCOU in SO4, I have SO5, SO6, and SO7 available on the expansion cab.
Any help will be appreciated.

UST 1040i should be the same as DK40i.
Definitely program 03 for card assignment.
Expansion slots S04 thru S07 are programmed as slots 15-18.
I'd assign card type 61 unless you're doing a door box or DSS.
