Funnily enough i found a setting for the CID type in the system today, where i can change from FSK(ETSI) to FSK(Bellcore) but I suspect it's only for Trunks not Extensions.

@boneash - You say that you changed the country to Australia now? Are you or this system located in the US by chance? If so, why not change it to the United States. That will give you the correct settings that you need. Am I missing something here?
