Has anyone ever run into one of these systems with the Dc converter? It is a very old system and has 7 cabinets. One stack is working fine but the other stack we can only get 1 cabinet at a time to power on. It seems like a power issue. The whole thing is using the Rectifier for power which is also a dc converter. We are not familiar with this power unit and it is a Nortel product. Any help guidance or suggestions would be great.
Thanks in Advance

I would need a little more info. Are the cabinets gray and horizontal or the old Sl1 cabinets vertical blue and white? Is the rectifier an enclosed cabinet with a couple of rectifier converters in it? If you shut a cabinet down one that was dead will then work? If you can PM me pictures of what you are looking at, I can probably help you. When were the batteries on the rectifier last floated and or replaced? What voltage is being shown on the output display? Thanks, John
