Anybody know if I can take a system backup from 1.16 and load it to 4.004?

I thought there was some kind of change starting at 3.X but I can't remember.

You can but you will have to message it a bit. Using the admin programs, Run the dnl from 1.16 file thru FP 2.26 I think it is then make a new dnl file and upload that to FP 3.0 or higher then make a new dnl and upload that to 4.00. If you are using a PRi and did numbers you will have to fix a few things like the dids will all be DISA all day. Also don't expect any button mapping to stick completely where it is now.

The did routes and numbers will all be there but the new options turn themselves on..it will save time over imputting everything back in. If you want you can fix the did options using the admin software before you do the final upload. Creating the new dnls took me about twenty minutes.
