On a BCM50, can you program a "Dial 9" route through the CONFIG menu on the phones instead of needing a computer to do it? Does the route have to be assigned to BlocA?

Programing can be done via a set.
You need to setup Dest Codes and Routes if using PRI
BlocA is for PRI
So Dest code 9 to use Route 001
Route 001 to use BlockA
