I have a Telrad 400 system Version 7.something. I programmed a speed dial in bin 100 to an outside number. I forwarded all calls for extension 355 to the speed dial number. The dn flashes red and the display says All Calls forward out. If I call the extension number locally, the call is forwarded out to the outside party. If I dial the extension(355) from the auto attendant the call does not forward. I set the FOR COS to A in the class of service, but I think I am still missing a simple step.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm guessing you have an ImaGen voice mail with that version. You need to set your mailbox auto attendant parameters to unscreen so it doesn't camp to the phone.

Sorry for the delay, this project was on hold. I tried the above, set mailbox auto attendant to unscreen and it did not work. When a call comes in to the telephone I hear the telephone system access an outside line but then it hangs up right away.
So to recap I need to forward an outside call that gets answered by the auto attendant and then sent to an 800 number. Ex. Call comes in on main number and is answered by the auto attendant. The caller presses 3 to set an appointment. The call transfers to the extension and then should be forwarded to an outside 800 number.
If I call this telephone from an internal extension, the call forwards as it should.
The system is a telrad 400 version 7.32 with Avanti telephones.
Thanks,
Tom

Did you set the auto attendant to unscreen or the the mailbox in question to unscreen. Need to change the mailbox settings on page 2 of the mailbox. Change all actions to unscreen.

Yes the auto attendant is set to unscreen and the mailbox is also set to unscreen. I seem to have a new symptom that I did not test for before. I CAN call the extension from inside and have it forward to the outside number, but if I try to transfer an outside call (without using the auto attendant) to that extension it just rings and no forward.
I have the trunk to trunk setup, I have to be missing something else.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

That would be in the external station forwarding. Telrad allows for both types. Default for no answer exteral/internal is FEAT362. Or check your config.
