Hi,

I went to use PC-pro today. logged in with the usual tech username and password only to find that the username/password combo are invalid - I must have changed the password by accident, its the only reason i can think of it stopping working.

I tried uninstalling and re-installing PC pro onto my pc but I'm still getting the same.

Any idea how i can reset this or which file i need to delete post-uninstall to get it back to normal?

Thanks

Have a look in the registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NEC\Unicorn Application Suite
\Unicorn NEC PCPro\Settings\SessionSettings
