Having issues with CoSession working;
Customer's Option 0 for operator is going to a separate voice mailbox; If the receptionist is on the phone it goes straight to this mailbox, and won't ring in at all for someone else to answer. They don't want this mailbox picking up at all. Phone is not forwarded as busy/no answer.
Any suggestions on how we can change this without Cosession?

You need Cosession to change the 0 destination.
