What is the easist way to make this happen. If someone is calling extension A's DID, I would also like for extension B's phone to ring at the same time. If no answer, the call would go to extension A's VM.
I believe I am over thinking this one because I just cant' seem to make it work. I have created the Hunt Group and it is not working. Here is what I have done. Created Hunt Group 2010 -recall to 2525 (applications) - members extension list (keyset) - P0013 this has A and B as members
somewhere I am missing a step that ties it all together.
Thank You,
Troy

Well, the easiest way to get this done is to program a Secondary Extension key on station B. You can do this by navigating to station B's keymap and noting which keys are programmable keys. Then go to station B's programmable keys and program one to be a Secondary Extension key for station A.

So, there is no need for hunt group creation? Ok - I will try and make this happen using your instructions.

what should I set the ring when to? default is one? Also, this will work for calls coming in on his direct line as well as inter office calls?
Thank You,

Yes, set it to 1. That will work for all calls, outside or intercom.

Well, if station A has an Intercom key, then station B will not ring when A is called internally. Basically, Secondary Extension keys ring only when the destination has a call ringing on a Call key. If station A does not have an IC key, then IC calls ring on Call keys.

I had to create a new keymap since the one she currently used was shared by others. I created the new one in exact image as what she was using and added the secondary extension key to an available button. Works Perfect! Thanks for your help
Thank You,
Troy
