I have a user that goes between 2 separate branch offices and I would like his voicemail to be attached to both phones.
Not only would I like it to go to voicemail after X rings but it would be great if notification showed up on both phones as well as Record-A-Call's also go to this mailbox.
Under STATIONS -> MAILBOXES I don't see away to associate his vmail box with this extension.

A mailbox can only be associated with one station, so it can only light the msg light at one station.
You can create a CRA with no greetings that times out to the mailbox. Then set the fwd path of the non-associated phone to go to that CRA.
