I have a ds2000 that i hand fed customer and recording day greeting about 2 months ago ,everything was fine.
today they called and generic greeting is playing then their recorded message on their main greeting.

any ideas how to get rid of generic greeting.?

Never mind
She deleted the main greeting and put main recording
in x 300 malbox ,so generic greeting answers ,t/o to 300 ,plays greeting so they think the hear the greeting twice.
