We have a comdial dx-80 running a33 and are only getting caller id on one line. We tried changing ports on the system, and it seems like caller id is only good on one port of the system - if line 1 has caller id and switch it with line 2's port, line 2 now has caller id and not line 1. I tried changing time to ring in CID programming and we are getting caller id from the phone company. What could I be missing?
