Hello All,

We currently have a customer with 26 SX200-ICP platforms and they have recently purchased a MCD 3300 for one that failed. The system is working, however I need to program the ARS routes and such so that they can make internal calls to the other controllers. I have entered all of the IP addressing for every one of the controllers in the network elements section, but when I try to define a route for the other controllers, I get an error stating I must enter an IP address for the specified pbx number. I am not sure what is going on as they are already defined by ip address. I have screenshots of what i am seeing and can email them to someone if that helps

Thanks
