Hi guys,

I have an issue with 10-12-03, gateway. On my gateway I want to work the SIP trunks and as well the Desktop Suite but in fact it's not working both of them.

Each service (SIP trunks and Desktop suite), need different separate gateways, and I really don't know how to set up multiple gateways.

Can you please give me a hand ?

I think you will have to talk to your IT people to do some creative routing as the SV9100 can only support one gateway..

I solved using SV9100. In 10-45 you can point a computer to a different gateway.

You can have more than one gateway in SV9100.

Thanx for the info. Can you PM me a screen shot of how you setup PRG 10.54. One of the techs here wants to have a look as it make make like simpler rather than using the creative routing we have been using so far .

I believe on the SV8100 10-45 would only work for signalling and not for speech.
Do you know if this has changed on SV9100 and speech will work when routed via 10-45?
