I have a customer who has a 200el and wants caller ID to show up on the console and digital phones. We have confirmed that it is coming in from the telco provider. They have 2 LS/GS cards now. Is it as simple as an upgraded card or is new licensing also required?

Remember to check COS options 502/503 for the sets where you want CLASS data to appear (including console COS). Verify 507/508, should be on by default for supersets and IP.

For ONS phones, you need an ONS/CLASS card in place of the ONS card, and check COS options 502, 503, 505, 507, 508, and 510.
