Has anyone installed Tapit Nova call accounting software and pulled data from a Avaya IP office. Release 9.0

Thanks, What other software did you use in the installation? Did you use SMDR Monitor and or CDR loader? Any insight to the steps you did this would be appreciated.

Get the tapir turnkey. They program everything. Then tie plug and play.

Agreed, I would go for their turnkey, it's the Tapit Nova ezBox. We've installed it for several customers and use it in-house, overall very satisfied. Plus they can do multi-site recording which satisfied many of our enterprise clients with multiple branches.
