I have a boss group 1234 with first member being 5134. At random on 1234's voice mail programming screen in, on call transfer, the transfer to box will be highlighted with a 9 being in the box. Of course this will transfer to dial tone. At the same time this happens, on the feat. of phone system programming, 1234 will have do not disturb activated. This has happened several times. The voice mail is an IPCipx card.
any ideas Please?

Look's like that mailbox has been hacked if it's tying to dial a 9 unless that's planned.
