My carrier installed new PRI Circuits off a META Switch. My other PRI's are coming off a 5E. Does Eclipse 3.0 have the ability to see this switch type ?

Eclipse has a couple of switch type choices (CtrlC + PRI - somewhere there). Even with new switch, they can almost certainly emulate a 5E for you, and use any standard protocol, making it a non-issue.

Correct go to Ctrl-C then Q for Pri Parameters At the bottom you will see the switch type: 01 – AT&T Custom 02 – National NI–2 03 – DMS–100
5E is AT&T Custom I do believe. To change just hit enter until you are down there and the I - D key changes value. And remember this:
Parameters for the PRI circuit are programmed on the PRI Parameters screen. This screen requires password level 8 for access. Changes made on this screen do not take effect until the PRI card is reset.
