Cix670 with PRI and IES32. I have multiple (5051-5057) MCGs and need them to go to vm if no one answers. I can get it to go to vm, just cant get it to go to a specific box. Is this possible with a MCG?

You can set the VMID in a MCG.

Thank you, I tried that and it didnt work, my problem was I didnt have the correct extensions setup in the IES. It works now. Is there a way to have a message light on a phone with a MCG? Thanks
